Christmas Feels Different When You Feel Like Yourself Again

This season feels different — and not because of the lights or the snow.

It’s because I feel like myself again. A few years ago, I was dragging my body through December.


Exhausted. 
Inflamed. 
Disconnected. 
Surviving the holidays, not savoring them.

Back then, I didn’t know just how much my daily choices were affecting my energy — or how simple shifts in my food, habits, and mindset could bring me back to life.

✨ But this year?
I'm calmer.
Clearer.
More present.
And more grateful than ever — because I finally know what it means to feel rooted in my body again.

If you’re not there yet, I want you to know something:

It’s possible.
To enjoy the holidays and protect your health.
To make memories without crashing afterward.
To come back home to your body — with gentleness, not guilt.

You don’t need a perfect plan or the “right” motivation.

You just need to start treating your body like a friend worth listening to.

Meet Rachel

 
Hi, I’m Rachel — a nurse, author, Reiki Master, and holistic health educator.

I’m also a daughter, a mother,  a caregiver, and a woman who believes that healing is possible — at any age, and especially after 50.

After years working in hospice care, I saw what happens when chronic illness is treated with pills instead of root-cause solutions. That experience lit a fire in me — to advocate, educate, and empower women to take their health back naturally.
